The registration fee includes the coffee breaks and the lunch buffets.

Once you have registered, please check your email where you will receive a summary of your registration information.  If you don´t receive the email, please contact us to check if your registration was properly completed.

Methods of Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card or by bank transfer.

Credit Card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted via the online registration form.

If you wish to pay by American Express, you can do so by contacting the organization ( info@int-meetings.com) and requesting to do so.

You will be charged in Euro (€) and it will show on your bank statement as: IntGroup Congress&Events

Bank Transfer: If you wish to pay by bank transfer you must choose this option in the online registration form. Please be sure to include your name and surname when making the transfer so it can be easily identified.  You must send proof of payment via email to info@int-meetings.com. Without proof of payment your registration will not be processed.

Confirmation

 Once you receive confirmation, please review it and verify that it is correct.

The options chosen in the online registration form are the sole responsibility of the delegate and not those of the organization. Please remember that without payment your registration will not be considered valid.

Cancelation

You must notify the organization of any cancellations of registration and/or accommodation via e-mail to info@int-meetings.com

Please remember that there is a 30€ cancellation fee for any cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event. If cancellation should occur within 30 days of the event there will be no refund.

Billing / Attendance Certificates

Invoices will be sent by email upon request from the delegate or attendee.

Abstract Submission

Registrants are invited to submit an abstract for consideration for poster presentation.

Abstracts can be submitted exclusively online (here)

The abstract submission deadline is March 31st, 2019.

Notifications about acceptance or refusal will be sent before during the 1st week of April, 2019.

The abstract main body is limited to 300 words. Title, authors and affiliations of the abstract must be specified.

Important information for the posters: We recommend that you print the posters in 116 cm widht x 146 cm height (vertical format). The posters should be placed in the designated area by the organization.
